- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After finishing the marathon I had huge issues with my knees and it meant I couldn't walk up stairs without being in agony. I had tried a few other Physio's but there was no progress. After being recommended recover physiotherapy by a friend I went 3 times in one week. They were quickly able to determine what the issue was and within a week after treatment I could walk up stairs and even attempted running a few weeks later. 5 months on and I'm back on the hockey pitch back to full fitness.
