- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a question concerning my appointment at the maternity service. First of all it is very difficult to reach someone of the maternity staff via phone so I went there personally. The lady at the main entrance was very unpolite and arrogant giving me the impression that my question was stupid or impudent.
