- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my Cat to the Chapelfield partnership in costessey and was less than satisfied particularly with the reception staffs attitude and adding extra charges. Willow veterinary clinic was recommended to me by a neighbour who then gave me a lift to join and have my cat seen. The staff were friendly and courteous and there were no hidden charges, in fact it was cheaper. and with the professionalism of the staff and vets and the prices i'd have to rate this Veterinary clinic with 5 /5.by Gareth WilkinJanuary 06, 2017
