- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Omg I'm disgusted with how I was spoke to by the receptionist Ann. She is rude beyond belief. Plus I wrote an email of complaint and never even got a response. My partner had an appointment cancelled because they had a break in, ok that's not there fault and except they had no other choice. I was told someone would call to rearrange the appointment, I explained my partner was in agony with a tooth ache and couldn't wait to long before seeing someone, after waiting a week I called them and got Ann on the phone, she told me there was no appointments for 2 months, even explaining to her what the problem was and no one had called she said it wasn't her problem and refused to help.
